Q: What if I received an incorrect item?
A: While we make every effort to ensure you receive your order correctly, sometimes shipping/picking errors will occur. In the event we shipped an incorrect item, we will promptly rectify the error. Our policy: We will mail you a prepaid return label to ship the incorrect item back to us via UPS. Once the incorrect item is returned to us, we will ship your correct item at no cost to you. Alternatively, we can enter a new order for your correct item. You will be billed for the replacement merchandise, but not for shipping. In the package with the replacement order will be a prepaid return label to ship back to us the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item is received at our warehouse, full credit will be issued. Under NO circumstances will we ship a replacement item free of charge without first receiving the incorrect item back to our warehouse. Furthermore, we will ship your replacement goods in the same manner as your original shipment. Example: If your original order was shipped UPS Ground, so will your replacement order. Under NO circumstances will we ship your replacement order in an expedited manner (example: UPS Next Day Air) unless the original order was placed that way.

Q: How can I purchase wholesale?
A: We offer wholesale sales to qualified companies that have a market to sell our products. The first step to opening a wholesale account is to fax a copy of your company resale (tax exempt) certificate to 813-654-4272. Be sure to include your name and phone number on the fax. We will then contact you with further information.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Flags Unlimited, Inc. will issue a full credit for merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made on the part of Flags Unlimited, Inc. Items being returned must be in new condition for a full credit to be issued. A copy of the receipt must be included with any returned items. Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee IF accepted for return. Please send any returns to our address printed on your receipt. Made-to-order, Custom items and Indoor flags with pole sleeve & fringe are NOT returnable. Please e-mail us with any questions you may have about returns.

Q: How much are your shipping charges?
A: Our shipping charges are based on your zip code and the weight of your package. Typical shipping charges for UPS ground service is from $6-$8. Other services are available for your selection during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 24 hours. You will be notified via email if there will be an extended delay in shipping your order.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We strive to ship your stock order within 24 hours. If the flag(s) you ordered is not currently in stock, please allow 5-7 days for us to ship your order. We will typically hold your order until all items are in stock and ready to go. This avoids duplicate shipping charges and backorder confusion. You can send us an e-mail at any time to check on the status of your order. You will receive a prompt response to your inquiry. Your order will ship via UPS ground service unless you specify otherwise.

Flag Questions
Q: How long will my flag last?
A: This question is not an easy one to answer. Our flags are designed to give you the longest possible life. We use only first rate materials in our manufacturing processes. How long you flag will actually serve you is determined by many factors including the environment and the care given to it. The harsher the environment, the harder it is on your flag. You can help extend the life of your flag by taking it down in extreme conditions and by never storing it when wet.

Q: How can I clean my flag?
A: To keep its rich colors looking bright, clean your flag regularly, before soiling and discoloration from dirt, smoke, dust and other airborne contaminants “set” in the fabric. Outdoor flags can be hand-washed (or machine gentle cycle) with warm water and a mild soap, then thoroughly rinsed and spread out to dry. Do not let the flag stand in the wash water or you might experience some color “make off” onto the white stripes. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for indoor/parade flags.

Q: Will my flag look exactly as it appears on-line?
A: While we strive to keep our images up-to-date, flag designs tend to change. This is especially true when it comes to our line of sports flags. These licensed products are designed by the respective agency and can change without notice. Please be aware of this fact when placing an order. Our on-line images are only a representation of the design and colors. The actual flag design may vary from what is shown. There may be differences in shading as computer screens can vary greatly. Flags, since made from material, can also vary in size. While we strive for our flags to be made at its advertised size, some variation in height and/or length can be expected. If you have any concerns about the appearance of the flag you are interested in, please do not hesitate to call us at 1-800-989-3524!

Q: What size flag should I buy?
A: The rule of thumb is the length of the flag should be 1/4 the height of the flagpole. For example, a 20' flagpole should fly a 3'x5' flag and a 40' flagpole should fly a 6'x10' flag. Flags flown under the U.S. flag (state, corporate, etc.) can be the same size or one size smaller. The most common house size flag for poles mounted to a structure is 3x5 feet.
