The official officers flags of the U.S. Navy - not eligible for command at sea. Available in One, Two, Three and Four stars, the flags are made from durable nylon material with appliqued (sewn) stars. Each flag has two brass grommets on the left edge. Also available is an indoor version of each flag which features a pole sleeve and gold fringe.
