Several weeks ago we received the two flag kits we ordered from you.  We had ordered one for ourselves and one for a neighbor. We and the neighbor are delighted with the beauty and quality of your nylon 3' X 5' flags.  We also ordered the Neverfurl device with each flag kit, they are the greatest! I installed both kits the day following them arriving and have never had to do anything with them since. They are lighted at night and therefore are left in place 24/7. Thank you again for a quality product.

Just a short email to inform you how pleased we are here in Sao Tome with the quality of your flags.  We have tried several different flag manufacturers and did not like the results after a short while in use.  After a few heavy rains, the colors would immediately start to fade.  The reason I'm writing is because if your flags will last this well here in my tropical climate conditions, they will surely last anywhere in the world.
It's extremely hard for me to begin to accurately describe the harsh environment that these flags are exposed too.  We do not bring the flags in at nighttime.  They stay exposed to these extreme weather conditions 24 hours a day.  Intense bright sunlight!  Extremely hot and moist humid air!  Tyrannical, monsoon-like rainfalls both day and night!  At times, some very strong winds!  So these flags need to be made of good quality to withstand these extreme harsh weather conditions that we have here in Sao Tome, West Africa.
I just lowered each flag today to inspect them up close.  Even on the American flag, no apparent signs of any fading or the red & white colors streaking across each other.  The borders of each flag are still white with no signs of fading.

Hello!
Just wanted to thank you for your excellent service.  I am old enough to remember "Service" and that is just what I got from you every time I have ordered. Once when I missed to make a clear choice, I got a call to my house to clear this up... unheard of by today's standards. I always knew what to take the ladies on my trip to Europe but could never think of anything for those men that have everything. Well.... I took several of the small table-top flags in a combination of the appropriate countries I visited and of course included our flag in those little stands. Voila.... They loved them for their desk or office conference tables. Thank you very much for your exceptional service.
