My flag's hem stitching did not capture the end of the fabric and that "unhemmed" portion is fraying badly. Guess it's back to other brands for me.

The flag I received did not have any hook to secure it to the pole. I had to sew a hook in order to allow it to not slip down the pole. I was very disappointed.
We have an event for Flag Day. I was worried my order for 150 small flags might arrive too late. How wrong I was - they were here in about 5 days. They are very well constructed. I love Flags Unlimited!

I thought the cotton would have a higher thread count, and I thought they would be shipped in a box instead of a bag. I also thought it would not be full of labels.
I was very happy to see there was a marker I could purchase. I decided about the bronze as it looked the best. However upon receiving the item reflected a rough casting process as to the polishing the face, but when I threaded the brass rod everything was askew. The final process of drilling all the holes was the problem. All three holes were not plumb in a straight line to each other respectives component. Very dissapointed as I have to stick the rod in ground at an angle to get the marker to be plumb to ground had to tilt marker forward to get the front face of marker to be vertical. Then upon putting flag in the appropriate drilled holes the flag stick goes off at angle. I should have sent it back, but I figured this wasnt hand drilled so the next marker would probably be the same. Someone needs to contact the maker of the item and get it corrected. I expected better with so called made in USA. I have my doubts at this point where it was made. Flags Unlimited needs to look into Quality Control of the products its selling.
Needed these flags for top of the masts of a large model of the Mayflower. These are about the correct size and are quality enough to be adapted to the rigging. A nice find!
