Flagpoles for Home or Business

When you fish the internet for something, it is always a toss of a coin as to whether you will get to site that is friendly, intuitive and easy to use. USFlags.Com was one of those.
I was able to find the pole I was looking for, ordered it without any trouble, filled in the needed information and in a few days, here it was.
When I went to put it together and install it, I found myself with a problem. Both ends were the same and I could not telescope one into the other to connect the two halves for a whole pole. So, I called and the very wonderful person on the other end of the line helped me get a new one in a very short time. All I had to do is submit a couple of photos. BUT WAIT! There's more!
As I was taking the photos, I pulled the gold dome off the top and found the tapered end. It had been under the topper of the pole. I called back and thanked them. They were very gracious and cancelled to resend.
Now my flag is riding high and looking as proud to be there as I am these days to have it there. And, may God bless America. ~Phil D'Agostino
