My mistake.

My mistake I order them thinking they had velcro backing on them. But shipping and flag are good design. I order them for elderly veterans to attach to hats

HOW TO CHOOSE A FLAG

Finding the right size flag is easy! The length of the flag should be 1/4 the height of the pole. Nylon is the best all-around material, use Polyester for high-wind areas and budget polyester for short-term use.
